Exchange Policy
Any final decision regarding exchange rests with the Chik Online Team. Kindly read the policy before purchasing.
We also request you to check the size guide before making any purchase.
1) Exchange is possible only within 7 days from the date of delivery. Exchanges are possible once for any given order.
2) The garment should be fresh with the price tags intact.
3) No Exchanges for purchases made during Sale Period.

Order ID- CK# and Mobile Number should be mentioned on the return courier cover, to help us process the exchange quickly.
Prior E-mail / WhatsApp confirmation of an exchange will help in speedy issuance of Gift Card.
4) Refunds will not be possible. An online store credit (Gift Card) will be mailed within 1-2 days from the receipt of the exchanged garment. Exchange is allowed only once and no exchange is possible on purchases made through Gift Card.
5) Chik will not bear any courier charges for exchange.
In rare cases, some orders may get cancelled due to product unavailability or risk mitigation systems. We sincerely apologies for the same.
