Exchange Policy — CHIK
We want you to love what you wear! Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing your order. We also recommend checking the size guide on each product page before purchasing.
Exchange Guidelines
- Exchange is possible within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed.
- The garment must be unused and unwashed, with original price tags intact.
- Exchanges are not applicable on items purchased during Sale periods.
- Exchanges are not applicable on items purchased using a Gift Card.
How to Initiate an Exchange
- WhatsApp or Email us with your Order ID (CK#) and mobile number to confirm the exchange before shipping.
- Send the garment to the address below.
- Once we receive the item, a Gift Card (store credit) will be issued within 1–2 business days.

- Courier charges for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer.
- In rare cases, orders may be cancelled due to product unavailability. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
